Best Beta alanine 4 Beta Amino Acids

Beta-alanine is an exception. This supplement actually lives up to its claims. Beta-alanine efficacy is backed by major university, peer-reviewed studies performed on humans, not the typical cell or rat studies upon which many generally base claims. The science behind beta-alanine makes sense and it works.

Leucine contributes to regulation of blood-sugar levels.

L-Leucine contributes to regulation of blood-sugar levels; growth and repair of muscle and bone tissue; growth hormone production; and wound healing. Leucine also prevents breakdown of muscle proteins after trauma or severe stress and may be beneficial for individuals with phenylketonuria. It is also one of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids and works in conjunction with both valine and isoleucine.

Taurine is very helpful to break down fat

Taurine, also known as 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid, is a nonessential amino acid. It is the most abundant free amino acid in many tissues and is manufactured by other amino acids such as cysteine, vitamin B6 and methionin. Vegetarians tend to be at risk for lower levels of L-Taurine because it is commonly found in food sources, such as meat and dairy products, which are not included in the vegetarian diet

Dextrose is a very convenient energy source

Dextrose is derived from cornstarch and is very easily digestible. The starch is initially cooked. Acids and/or enzymes are then added to break the starch into smaller polymers. The process is highly similar to what occurs inside the body when digesting carbohydrates. Dextrose is also known as glucose, a term that was replaced by the term dextrose.

Maltodextrin

Maltodextrin is best mixed with water or fruit juice in a shaker or screw-topped mixer. You may also blend it with protein powder since maltodextrin can improve the protein supplement's ability to mix while the protein's flavor can improve maltodextrin's taste. Consume the mix pre-workout, during workout or post-workout to provide enough energy to last all exercises or to quickly replenish glycogen and carbohydrate stores. Every 46 grams of dextrose will provide around 180 calories and no fat.

• Mixes easily, try it in 4 oz of favorite sport drink
• No additives, fillers, or artificial ingredients
• Great source for complex carbohydrates
• Manufactured in the USA in a FDA licensed and Kosher plant
• Mixes great with water, juice, milk, sport drink and is great for cooking
• Proprietary filtration that does not de-nature the protein
• Lab tested for purity

Pure dextrose

Dextrose is a carbohydrate that greatly helps individuals perform better and last longer to cope with the demands of heavily strenuous activities. Dextrose is a very convenient energy source that facilitates rapid delivery and absorption of important nutrients by muscle tissues. Muscle glycogen can instantly be replaced during or after exercise.

Any Side Effects of glutamine?

Reports of an upset stomach are associated with ingesting large quantities of glutamine; using smaller doses is recommended if this occurs. Glutamine supplement is considered safe when used in accordance with proper dosing guidelines. At the time of this writing, the most commonly experienced side effects while taking glutamine include: constipation and bloating.
However, anyone with cirrhosis of the liver, kidney conditions, Reye’s syndrome, or any type of disorder that can result in an accumulation of ammonia in the blood are advised to avoid supplemental glutamine.
In addition, because of the potential for side effects and interactions with medications it is crucial that you always speak to a knowledgeable healthcare provider before taking any dietary supplements, including glutamine. This advice is also recommended for anyone suffering from a health condition.
Pregnant and nursing women should only take an amino acid such as glutamine after consulting your physician.

Recommended dose glutamine:

The proper dosage depends on a variety of factors – body weight, activity level, lifestyle stress, overall health, and diet.  Some bodybuilders take as much as 40 grams of glutamine daily. For some, high doses may cause stomach discomfort.
For most people, the recommended L glutamine dosage is between 2-15 grams daily. According to many posts on the internet, supplementing with just two grams of L glutamine daily increased growth hormones by over 400%. However, as of putting together this description for L-Glutamine, I have not been able to come across the details of this study. Start out on the lower end and if you feel you need to increase the amount just monitor how you feel. If you take a large daily dose and feel sick to your stomach, lower the dose. Most of the benefits of glutamine are realized taking 2-10 grams daily so that’s where I’d start.
May not mix very easily. May be hygroscopic and may clump during shipment. This does not affect the efficacy of the product; just the texture. Try mixing in sport drink or anything with a ph less than water to improve mixability.  It may be necessary to let it sit for awhile.

What are the benefits/uses?

Glutamine has been studied extensively over the past 10–15 years and has been shown to be useful in treatment of serious illnesses, injury, trauma, burns, and treatment-related side-effects of cancer as well as in wound healing for postoperative patients. Evidence indicates that glutamine when orally loaded may increase plasma HGH levels by stimulating the anterior pitutitary gland. Glutamine is important for removing excess ammonia (a common waste product in the body). It also helps your immune system function and appears to be needed for normal brain function and digestion.

Lysine

Osteoporosis

Lysine helps the body absorb calcium and decreases the amount of calcium that is lost in urine. Because calcium is crucial for bone health, some researchers think lysine may help prevent bone loss associated with osteoporosis. Lab studies suggest that lysine in combination with L-arginine (another amino acid) makes bone-building cells more active and enhances production of collagen. But no studies have examined whether lysine helps prevent osteoporosis in humans.

Connective Tissue
There is a complex metabolic process that governs the formation of collagen in connective tissues, and the amino acid L-lysine is central to the chemical reactions involved. Strong collagenous tissues are in fact a product of derivatives of this amino acid and their metabolites. When a compound containing an oxygen atom bound to a hydrogen atom is introduced to this amino acid, a reaction that brings about hydroxylysine takes place. This of course is dependent on the synthesis of many chemical compounds that are implicated, and the availability of L-lysine, iron, and Vitamin C. Healthy fibrous connective tissues result from, as a direct consequence, the stabilization of collagenous fibers. L-lysine, as an essential amino acid, is not only directly involved in the formation of collagen, which are secreted into the tendons and ligaments, but also affect the proper functioning of many other parts of the human body, making it indispensable as far as the overall health is concerned.

Heart Health

Lysine may help reduce angina pectoris, chest pain caused by insufficient oxygen in the heart muscle. 5 grams divided throughout the day for this condition. Lysine strengthens the circulatory system and helps the immune system manufacture antibodies. If you feel a virus coming on, for example, you can take 500mg of Lysine every hour for 8 hours or until symptoms desist. Lysine also helps control the body's acid/alkaline balance, influences the pineal and mammary glands and plays a role in gallbladder function. It is necessary for all amino acid assimilation.

Herpes Simplex
some studies has found that taking lysine on a regular basis may help prevent outbreaks of cold sores and genital herpes. Not every study has shown positive results, however. One study found that taking lysine at the beginning of a herpes outbreak did not reduce symptoms.

What is L-Lysine?

Lysine, or L-lysine, is an essential amino acid. That means it is necessary for human health but the body can't manufacture it; lysine has to be gotten from food. Amino acids like lysine are the building blocks of protein. Lysine is important for proper growth, and it plays an essential role in the production of carnitine, a nutrient responsible for converting fatty acids into energy and helping to lower cholesterol. Lysine appears to help the body absorb calcium, and it plays an important role in the formation of collagen, a substance important for bones and connective tissues including skin, tendon, and cartilage.

For years, lysine has been considered in the treatment of herpes and cold sores, and more recently, has been attracting attention as a possible addition to the fast-growing list of muscle-building nutrients.
